No Bake Cereal Bars (Our Favorite Healthyish Dessert)

I don’t know about you guys but I love something sweet at night…its even better when you can also grab it for breakfast in the morning…and the biggest plus is when your kids love it! Introducing the no bake cheerio bars!

Nutrition:

110 Calories, 50 Mg of Sodium, 6 grams of fat, 3 grams of protein, 14 g of carbs

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of peanut butter (or almond butter)

1/2 of Honey (or agave nectar)

2 3/4 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios

Optional (sprinkle some chocolate chips)

Directions:

Mix the peanut butter and honey in a microwave safe bowl

Melt in microwave in 15 seconds increments until melted (stir in between)

Mix in cheerios

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper

Pour the mix into the pan

Refrigerate for 45 minutes and cut into bars

Keep in fridge for a grab and go snack!

*if you want chocolate sprinkle them on top
