Well I failed miserably posting the 25 days of workouts! I tried to make all of them cute, because let’s be honest, who doesn’t like cute workout posts, its motivational, right?! I did not finish making them cute in time, I got behind, and took a small hiatus this weekend to spend time with my boys!
I have now finished all the post and I am going to post all 25 days here. You can save the images to your phone or check back on the post every other day to download them! I will not fail you guys like this again, I promise!
If you have any questions about any of these workouts or moves please let me know! Please feel free to modify the workouts according to your level of fitness. Remember your body can do more than you think it can! Push yourself! For the walking and running I am training for a marathon so please do not feel like you have to walk/run that many miles a day. I would say walk/run 1 to 3 miles a day. If you are up to doing more go for it!
